Med-View Airline entered the Nigerian aviation scene in 2007, shortly after its incorporation, and has since performed year-on-year Hajj pilgrim airlifts between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia with great success.
Med-View commenced domestic flight operations in November 2012 with a fleet of 2 Boeing 737-400 aircraft and a month later added 1 Boeing 737-500 aircraft.
Med-View flight operations extended to West Africa, London and Dubai with additional aircraft entering its fleet over time to early 2018, when the decision was taken to consolidate operations to domestic only.
Med-View fleet reduced to 1 Boeing 737-500 and 2 Boeing 737-400 aircraft which covered the domestic operations requirements, and in mid-2018 acquired the latest addition of 1 Boeing 777-200 aircraft which successfully fulfilled the 2018 Hajj flight operations.
Med-View Airline success to date has placed it in good stead to claim its rightful share of the Nigeria travelers market which will further boost its growth to include operations to Central West Africa, UK, USA and SA in the foreseeable future, whilst continuing to play its role in the annual airlifting of Hajj pilgrims to Saudi Arabia.
